Service and Repair Process
1)Pick-Up Service:
I'm happy to pick up your bike right from your doorstep. I am equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to ensure your bike remains safe and secure during transport.
2)Drop-Off Option:
Alternatively, if you prefer to bring your bike to me, you're more than welcome to drop it off.
Whichever option you choose, rest assured that your bike is in good hands. Your convenience and satisfaction is my top priority.
3)Estimates Provided Promptly:
Upon drop-off, I'll promptly assess your bike's needs. You can expect to receive an estimate of both time and cost within the first few days. Transparency is important to me, and I want you to feel informed every step of the way.
Whichever option you choose, rest assured that your bike is in good hands!
4)Pricing:
Minimum service is $50. Any additional service beyond the initial hour incurs an additional charge of $50 per hour.
5)Return:
My goal is to get your bike repaired and back to you as swiftly as possible. Typically, I will have your bike repaired and returned within a week of receiving it. However, please note that some repairs may take longer due to shipment time for needed parts.
